Free vehicle listings during onboarding

There is no listing fee and no card is required during our onboarding promotion. Each listing runs for 60 days from publication and needs at least one photo of the actual vehicle. Publishing does not guarantee a sale or a number of inquiries. This offer applies to private-seller listings only, not dealer subscriptions or Dealer Exchange fees. If pricing changes later, we will show the price and request your agreement before any paid publication or renewal. An existing free listing will not be automatically converted to a paid listing.

No automatic renewal

Listings expire after 60 days and disappear from public browsing. During the final seven days, or after expiration, you may manually renew for another free 60 days while the onboarding offer is available. An early renewal adds 60 days to the existing expiration; an expired listing restarts when you renew it. We do not automatically charge your card.

Your vehicle and your information

You must own the vehicle or have legal authority to sell it, accurately disclose its condition and title status, and have permission to use all photos. Do not use stock images, misleading photos, copied dealer ads or stolen content. Your vehicle ZIP, VIN, description and photos are public. Your account email and phone number are private and are not shared automatically. Shoppers must sign in to send you messages inside Pro Car Finder. Email notifications link back to the conversation; reply in the app. Do not include contact information in public text or photos. Avoid showing your home address, personal documents or other private information in photos. Messages are visible to the participants; authorized staff may review reported conversations for safety. You can block or report abusive users.

Managing or removing a listing

You can change the asking price and description, add photos, or mark your vehicle sold. There is no fee for a free onboarding listing. Previous paid listings and payments are not automatically refunded by this promotion. If you have an older open payment checkout, resolve it with support before publishing free; do not pay an old checkout link. Contact support for duplicate charges, technical failures, refund requests or help correcting vehicle identity details. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Private-party transactions

The buyer and seller arrange the vehicle sale, inspection, payment, title transfer and delivery directly. Pro Car Finder does not own, inspect or warrant the vehicle, act as escrow, or collect the vehicle purchase price. Private sellers do not receive dealer-network access.

Safety and enforcement

We may remove misleading, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized listings and suspend accounts. Use the report option on a listing or contact support about suspicious activity. Marketing subscriptions are optional and separate from transactional account or listing messages.
