DEALER INVENTORY PUBLICATION AUTHORIZATION 1. Scope and permission The dealership identified in this record authorizes Pro Car Finder to receive, copy, store, format and display its eligible vehicle inventory, actual vehicle photos, descriptions, prices, disclosures, branding and approved business contact details on www.procarfinder.com and app.procarfinder.com. Permission is limited to the named rooftop, selected inventory categories and expressly identified sources. Used vehicles are the default. Ownership remains with the dealership or its licensors. Service providers may process the content only to operate these services. 2. Content rights and authorized sources The signer represents authority to bind the dealership and confirms the dealership has permission from photographers, inventory providers and other rights holders to authorize this use. Any required provider approval must be obtained separately. This permission does not authorize bypassing access controls, collecting passwords or private buyer data, Facebook posting, paid advertising or distribution to other marketplaces. Material vehicle facts must not be invented or changed by editorial or AI processing. 3. Accuracy and review The dealership remains the seller and is responsible for supplying accurate VINs, prices, mileage, availability, condition, equipment and legally required disclosures. It will promptly review initial listings and material updates, maintain its source information and report errors and sold or removed vehicles. Only eligible vehicles with a valid price and actual vehicle photos may be published. Not every imported vehicle will qualify. Pro Car Finder may withhold or remove incomplete, stale, disputed or noncompliant listings. 4. Errors and correction Source, transmission, mapping, formatting and editorial errors or delays can occur. Pro Car Finder does not independently inspect vehicles or warrant that every listing is complete, accurate or current. Report corrections to support@procarfinder.com. Pro Car Finder will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct or suppress affected content promptly after notice or discovery. Known materially misleading listings should be suppressed pending verification. Neither party may knowingly continue publishing false or misleading information. To the extent permitted by law, Pro Car Finder is not responsible for inaccuracies originating in dealership-supplied or authorized source content, except to the extent caused by its own breach, negligence or misconduct. This authorization does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive rights of buyers, regulators or other nonparties. It does not create a blanket exemption from advertising or consumer-protection laws. Any existing, separately accepted customer agreement remains unchanged; this authorization adds no new damages cap or indemnity obligation. 5. Duration, withdrawal and payment Publication permission becomes usable only after dealership authority and source rights are verified. An authorized contact may request withdrawal or correction at support@procarfinder.com. After verifying the request, Pro Car Finder will promptly stop affected publication and collection and confirm completion. Restricted audit records and backups may be retained under the applicable retention policy, not used for continued advertising. Third-party caches may take additional time to clear. This authorization does not authorize charges, activate an account or enroll the dealership in paid service. Separately approved beta and paid-service terms govern commercial arrangements. Third-party services, including LiveAdmins, are not activated here. 6. Electronic acceptance The signer confirms authority to grant the selected permission and elects to submit this record electronically. A copy is available to download after submission. The application and claimed authority remain subject to verification. The signer may contact support before signing to request another signing method.
