1. Provider identity

2. Subscription, automatic payment, and late charges

Before purchase, the customer receives the recurring price, 30-day billing frequency, setup fee, included services, any temporary access or discount, cancellation terms, and late-charge terms in the order form and Square-hosted checkout. Recurring billing begins only after the authorized customer completes the required agreement and payment authorization. Charges continue every 30 days until cancellation becomes effective under the disclosed terms.

An amount unpaid for 30 days after its due date may incur a 1% simple late charge, with an additional 1% after each additional completed 30-day period. The charge is calculated only on the remaining unpaid balance, does not compound, and is capped at the maximum permitted by applicable law. Unless a signed order form states otherwise, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice to support@procarfinder.com or 901 S. 72nd Ave. #442, Yakima, WA 98908. We will confirm the cancellation date. Cancellation does not erase amounts accrued before that date. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellation rights under Washington law

Washington law provides cancellation rights for certain transactions, but no single cooling-off period applies to every purchase. Any statutory cancellation or refund right that applies to a particular transaction remains available and controls over a conflicting contract term. Nothing in our policies limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Electronic records and signatures

By using electronic checkout or signing through SignWell, you consent to receive the agreement, disclosures, receipts, and related records electronically and to use electronic signatures. You may request a paper copy by contacting support. To complete an electronic transaction, you need an internet-connected device, a current browser, and the ability to view and retain PDF or web documents. You may withdraw electronic-consent for future records by contacting support, but withdrawal does not invalidate records already provided or signed and may prevent continued online service.

5. Vehicle marketplace disclosure

Pro Car Finder is an advertising and software service, not the seller, dealer, lender, manufacturer, or owner of vehicles displayed on the public search pages. Each participating dealership is solely responsible for its listing content, pricing, availability, condition, photos, mileage, options, recalls, warranties, taxes, fees, financing statements, and legally required advertising disclosures. Vehicle information can change without notice. Contact the dealership and independently verify all material information before travel, reliance, or purchase.

6. Data security and breach notice

We maintain safeguards designed to protect personal information. If a security breach triggers notice duties, we will notify affected Washington residents and appropriate authorities as required by applicable Washington law. Report suspected account misuse promptly to privacy@procarfinder.com or call (509) 969-1972.

7. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can investigate and try to resolve a concern. Washington residents may also contact the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division, or another regulator with jurisdiction. Providing this information does not create or limit any legal right or remedy.
